Draft
In this status you can make modifications to the quote, and only in this status you have the option to delete the quote from the list.
Deleted
When a quotation is deleted, it is removed from the list and can no longer be viewed.
Sent
The quote has been sent to the customer and is awaiting a response. In this status the quotation cannot be deleted.
Also, in this state the quote can go to the following states:
Editing
The quote can be moved to this status once it has been sent, in order to make changes if necessary. When the quotation is being edited, it can return to the sent status.
Expired
The quote passed the deadline without being accepted or rejected, so it can only be withdrawn or rejected.
Withdrawn
As it has been withdrawn, it is no longer possible to perform any type of action with this quote.
Accepted
A quote has the status of accepted when the customer or user approves the order.
Declined
A quote is in the rejected status when the customer or user rejects the order.
