How to access
Go to Modules > Production > New Daily Report
Within the New Daily Report we will have the following form:
Daily Report Data
Date
The date of the daily report is entered here, the default date is the current date.
Machine
Here you have to choose between the machines available in the system. It is important to know that depending on the type of machine chosen, the form may have different fields.
Select Capabilities
If the selected machine has additional capacities and the production requires it, we can specify it in this field.
References
Here we have to choose from the available options, leave empty to indicate that Production, Cleaning and Setup tasks will be recorded in the report.
PJ #
Here you enter the production order number in case you have left the reference field empty.
Cut Order #
This field is enabled if a slitter machine is chosen. The cutting order number is entered in case the references field is left empty.
SO #
Here you enter the sales order number in case you have left the reference field empty.
Operator
Operator who will perform the tasks in the daily report.
After completing all the required fields you can click on the "Next" button.
Hours
Hours(Hs START)
In this field you can enter the start time of a task.
Hours(Hs END)
In this field you can enter the end time of a task.
Important note
By pressing the button with the "+" symbol you can enter more hours.
Tasks
Here we must choose from the available options
Rolls Received
ID
Identification number of the roll to be used.
Length
Length of the roll to be used.
Width
Width of the roll to be used.
Important note
By pressing the "+" button more than one roll can be entered.
Leftover
This section includes the width and length of the leftover material.
Setup
Width and length of the material used for pre-production testing.
In case you have chosen an inkjet printer or plotter type machine, Number Across and Labels shall be entered in this section.
Die Used
The Number Across and Number Around of the die used by the machine are indicated here. These fields are completed with a die assigned to the selected machine.
Obtained Rolls
Here you fill in the id,width and length of the obtained rolls.
Rolls
This field is enabled if you have previously chosen a machine of the Finishing Machine type and represents the number of rolls to be used.
Length per Roll
This field is enabled if you have previously chosen a machine of the Finishing Machine type and represents the length of each roll to be used.
Labels
Number of labels per column.
Number Across
Corresponds to the number of columns that the roll will be used for production.
How to view previous Daily Parts
Go Reports > Production > View Daily Report
Once inside, click on the calendar icon to find the date corresponding to the daily reports you need to view.
Once you have chosen the date you will be able to see all the daily reports for that day.
