How to Access
Go to Modules > Shipping > Finished Product Inventory
Views
In this section, two options are available to view the data depending on whether you prefer a concise overview of the products or a more detailed and comprehensive report.
To choose the view, click on the drop-down list below:
Normal View
This is the default view of the section, where data is presented in a concise manner. For each SKU, the corresponding boxes or packages available in stock are grouped together.
Full View
In this view you can see all the data of the product in stock, as well as each product will be divided by box or package individually with its corresponding code.
Inventory Data
SKU
Is the product/label code
Description
Is a small description of the product
Customer
This is the name of the customer who ordered the product.
Content
It indicates the number of boxes/packages, number of rolls/films and total number of labels per roll.
Date
This is the date on which the product was kept in stock.
Location
Here you can assign a physical location where the products will be stored.
ID
This field is enabled when the full view is selected. It is a code that is generated in the barcode.
Download Inventory
In this section, you have the option to download the inventory in PDF or CSV format. Simply click on the desired format to save the file with all the inventory information.
Advanced search
In the inventory we can filter the data with different search filters, to access these filters you must click on this arrow.
Once you have chosen your filters click on the "Next" button:
