This feature allows you to calculate the production price of a label using its specifications.
How to Access
Go to Modules > Sales > Estimate
When entering the form of this estimate, we will see the following fields:
Customer
Customer contact. Clicking on "+" will display a form where we can create a new contact and company.
- Reference
- Size Across
- Size Around
- Space Across
- Space Around
- Number Across
- Labels per Roll:
- A 500 ft roll is automatically suggested based how many labels the roll would have taking into account the label dimensions and the gap.
- Material
- Laminate
- Printed
- You can check this box to indicate that the label has an imprint.
- Machines Types
- The type of machine to be used in case the "Printed" box is checked and the following options are available:
- Colors
- You can check this box to indicate that the label has an imprint.
Quantity
Enter the number of total labels. You can also enter multiple quantities.
Die Cut
After completing all the fields mentioned above, click on "NEXT" to choose the type of die cutting.
In addition to showing the dies available in the system, we have the options:
- No die- cut:In case you need to make the price calculation without taking into account the die-cutting.
- Use Digital Die-cut: If the label needs digital die-cutting, this option should be used.
- New Flat Die: Selecting this option will display a form to create a flat die.
- New Rotary Die: With this option we can create a rotary die-cut.
Important Note
By selecting "New Rotary Die" the system calculates the gap at the feed rate taking into account the label dimensions and the magnetic cylinder gears that are available in the system.
