This functionality allows you to view the inventory of rolls and units along with their values. If you are an administrator, you will also be able to print and export the files.
How to Access
- Go to Reports > Raw Material > Valorized Inventory
- In the view click on the "Rolls" or "Unit" tab depending on what you need to see.
Rolls Data
By clicking on the name of the material we will be able to see the following data:
Material
Name of roll material
Code
Code related to the roll
Width
Total width of the roll
Length
Total length of the roll
ft2
Number of square feet of roll
Value
Purchase price per roll.
Total
This row shows the total number of rolls, the total square footage and the total price of all rolls of the same material.
At the bottom of the view you can see the following table, showing the total price of all the rolls and for each category:
Data in Units
Material
Unit material name.
Code
Code related to the unit.
Units
Total number of units.
Value
Total price per quantity of units.
Total
In this row you see the total quantity of units and the total price of all units of the same material.
Export inventory to CSV
Within this view you have the option to export any of the two inventories to a CSV file.
- Click on "Tools"
- When the menu is displayed, click on "Export to CSV". After that the file with all the roll or unit data will be downloaded.
Print valorized inventory
In addition to exporting the CSV file, you can print the inventory list to have a physical copy available.
- Click on "Tools" and click on "Print".
