How to view the balance between the quantity ordered and the quantity dispatched:
- Go to Modules > Sales > Sales Orders
- Scroll to the desired SO and click on it
- Within the SO, go to the shipments section.
Balance Indicators
- If the order is fully fulfilled, a 0 will be shown in the column.
- If the quantity delivered is greater than the quantity ordered, the difference will be shown in green numbers.
- If the quantity delivered is less than the quantity ordered, the difference will be shown in red numbers.
