Once you have created your first SKU go to: Modules > Sales > Sales Order
On the upper right you will find the "+Add New" button. Click here to access the Sales Order creation form.
Customer: Select a Customer
Salesman: Will be filled with the user´s name that is creating the order.
Delivery Method: You can edit the delivery methods in the Settings for the Sales Module.
Purchase Order: In case your customer sends you a purchase order number that you need to make reference to.
SKU You can add several SKU to your Sales Order. Each SKU will generate a new production job. Resale SKU will generate Resale Orders.
Once you finished adding the SKUs you need to save it and wait for approval or either approve it directly if you have the right permissions.
While the order is pending you and either edit it or delete it using the actions buttons. When the order is approved you will ready to produce it and you will only be able to view it.
Now is ready in the Production Module to generate a new production job.
